Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist (two-person, married-couple role) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Provide care, guidance, supervision, and mentorship to a large group of students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to comply with campus policies on behavior and religious activities.
