Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA or Oak Ridge North, TX to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to reside in on-campus homes with a two-spouse, married partnership for at least two years.
