Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to participate in a faith-aligned, smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided and both spouses must apply individually.
