Job Summary
Two-person, full-time on-campus houseparents for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with certification to drive student home vans, and a legally married two-year minimum for both spouses who apply as a couple; both spouses must be 27+ and participate in individual applications.

- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
