Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total per couple with housing/meal/utilities), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Required qualifications include experience with youth, a two-year married status, age 27+, a HS diploma/GED, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to lead devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context; both spouses must complete individual applications.”,
Required Qualifications
