Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married and legally joined for at least two years) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, household routine management, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. Requires relocation support and paid training; benefits included. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Two-person married couple required to apply individually
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
