Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, manage budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students; requires relocation to Hershey, PA and full compliance with campus policies including a two-year married status, age 27+, and individual applications for both spouses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
