Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist and Flex Houseparent for a two-person couple role on a residential campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off shifts to a placed houseparent arrangement. Successful applicants are a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27 or older, and willing to relocate to the on-campus home in Hershey, PA.
