Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus: married couple living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting; requires relocation to Hershey, PA, with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off duty pattern, followed by transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and paid training, plus comprehensive benefits. Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply separately and be at least 27 years old, with at least two years of marriage. Experience with youth is preferred.
