Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, legally married couple) reside on-campus in Lilly, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and progress from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent while providing a structured, family-like environment and comprehensive care for students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
