Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and care for 8–13 students. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (about $44,768) with comprehensive health coverage, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications require youth-facing experience, a two-person married couple arrangement, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development within a smoke-free campus.

Additional Requirements
