Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, guiding and supervising a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting and planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a path to transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent living with the same students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Salary is listed as $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
