Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and transitions into a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Compensation is per person with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and committed to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Experience working or volunteering with youth is preferred.
