Couples reside with ~813 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medications administration, activity planning, daily devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and family-like household management. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years for both spouses.
