Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist (two-person, married-couple role) at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift to 50 lbs. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older; works on a fully on-campus setting in Elmwood Park, IL (Hershey, PA relocation considered).
