Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The position involves living on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions including Sunday Chapel. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
