Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: a married couple will reside on-campus in a student home, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. The position begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits including housing, meals on duty, health/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
