Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, located in Highland, CA, reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead developmental and religious activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and guiding students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
