Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support; responsibilities include supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and reporting; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
Additional Requirements
- Two-spouse, married-couple requirement
- Two-person role for couples

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
