Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, married-couple team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and providing a structured, family-like home environment for 8–13 students. Roles transition from flexible houseparent duties to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; includes on-campus housing and meals. Requires a High School diploma or GED and experience with youth; both spouses must apply, be legally married for at least two years, and be 27 or older. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
