Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development-focused activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off shifts to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, experience with youth, and a legally married two-person spouse pair aged 27 or older who can complete individual applications.
