Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent opportunity at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA with on-site housing, meals on duty, utilities, and comprehensive benefits are included; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires a two-spouse, legally married-by-two-years commitment, with both spouses applying independently. High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and driving certification for student vans; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and to Judeo-Christian chapel services.
