Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples residing on campus to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, daily routines, activities planning, medication administration, and spiritual activities; initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home and on-campus housing included; relocation to Hershey, PA with benefits and training, requiring high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and both spouses aged 27+, committed to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel participation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
