Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and working a nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation for a couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and compliance with campus conduct rules.
