Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA: Full-time flex houseparent role for married couples living on-campus to provide care, supervision, and development support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitions to living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
