Job Summary
Full-time, two-person Houseparent team living on-campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Includes budgeting and household reporting, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lead students in devotions and chapel

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
