Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for two married individuals as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as Placed Houseparents living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits with housing included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
