Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students; duties include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students.
