Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Highland Heights, KY. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires a legally married couple with both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. This role emphasizes mentorship and supervision in a structured, family-like residential setting on campus.
