Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist roles for a two-person, married-couple team serving as Flex Houseparents at an on-campus student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring ~8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires commitment from both spouses to apply individually and meet age requirements. Relocation support is provided.
