Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from rotating homes on a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- No alcohol on duty on campus
- On-campus residence required
