Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, legally married couple living in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in a dedicated home. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually, with total couple compensation around $168,000 including housing and benefits. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits offered.
