Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications; the role offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, with total compensation per couple around $168,000 and $44,768 per person annually.
