Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couples living on-campus at Milton Hershey School, responsible for supervising 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and eventually transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, planning developmental and recreational activities, coordinating student schedules, and ensuring student wellness. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Willingness to relocation to on-campus housing and to complete individual employment applications
- Experience working with youth
