Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in on-site student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent houseparent role living with the same group of students.
