Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, conduct daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student group; positions require married couples, both spouses at least 27, and individuals capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while upholding a safe, faith-based campus environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
