Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) live in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel activities, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent arrangement with ongoing housing and student care within a school setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for employment applications
- U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
