Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus in Kannapolis, NC, supervising and guiding a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable Houseparent role in the same home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or GED required; both spouses must be at least 27, legally married for at least two years, and complete individual applications for consideration. Relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role.
