Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside on campus in student homes (8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, healthcare assistance, transportation, activity planning, and spiritual devotions, with a nine-on, three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse eligibility (both spouses must apply)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
