Youth Development Specialist role for married two-person teams as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of about 813 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
