Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

YouthDevelopment Specialist role focused on two-person, on-campus houseparent duties for a large student residential program. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving and accompanying students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily routines and devotions, coordinating budgeting and reporting, and supporting a transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent within a student home. Requires a legally married two-person team (both spouses 27+), high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and readiness to obtain van certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role is full-time and based on an on-campus, residential setting in Hershey, PA, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule during initial phases and eventual long-term placement with students.
