Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: a married couple resides in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students per home) to provide daily supervision, mentorship, care, supervision of routines, medications, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible assignments to placed houseparent with the same group of students.
