Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as on-campus Flex Houseparents, residing in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
