Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA provided with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits. Requires two-spouse application process and prior experience with youth; high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty). Relocation assistance and paid training offered.
