Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~813 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and participate in Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then progression to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Included relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; on-campus housing and meals during duty, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
