Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School require married couples to reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and routine management. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement into a steady Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students.
