Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 youths, provide mentorship and daily routines, drive students to activities, organize developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a stable home with same student group. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning activities with students, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a safe, smoke-free campus. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live in a school community as part of a two-person married couple with both spouses aged 27 or older.
