Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent couple will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, and oversee a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial joint-home assignments to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Schedule: nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and on-duty meals and housing. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive student vans, and pass requirements to work in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances.
