Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initially rotating across homes on a fixed nine-on/three-off schedule, couples will eventually transition to a placed houseparent role with a stable student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and 27+ years old; relocation assistance provided and benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, PTO, and training.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse role with both spouses applying individually
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
