Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be part of a legally married two-spouse team aged 27 or older for consideration; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
